Remarks | EJU: All departments except "the Department of Materials Science and Engineering" and "the Department of Computer and Information Science": Total score of Japanese (reading comprehension, listening and listening-reading comprehension, and writing), Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics (Course 2) must be 550 or more. "The Department of Materials Science and Engineering" and "the Department of Computer and Information Science": Total score of Japanese (reading comprehension, listening and listening-reading comprehension, and writing), Science (two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, or Biology), and Mathematics (Course 2) must be 550 or more. For the English examination, applicants must have taken either the TOEFL iBT or TOEIC and obtained a standard score or higher; the total score obtained by multiplying the TOEIC S&W score by 2.5 and adding it to the TOEIC L&R score must be 625 or higher (regardless of when taken). In addition, applicants who have taken only one of TOEIC S&W and TOEIC L&R and obtained a score of 625 or above (in the case of TOEIC S&W, the score obtained should be multiplied by 2.5) are also considered to have met the application requirements.
