This will increase your opportunities to find new universities and raise your chances of succeeding in your study abroad plans.
Students who are enrolling in an undergraduate or graduate school program at a university they received an offer message from (via the scout function) can apply for a JPSS scholarship.
You will be directed to a different site for information on recruitment and application periods etc.
You can search for universities you like and approach them directly.
You can ask questions directly to university staff and receive notifications for important information such as when applications can be sent.
